Amanda Cox is co-founder & Executive Director of Future Public School, a K-6 public charter located in Boise, Idaho, and now in their 7th year serving students and families. Amanda was selected as an inaugural BLUUM and J.A. Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation Idaho New School Fellow in 2016 with the charge to open a transformational and high-quality school of choice in Idaho. She previously served as a member of the national advisory council for Teach For America's Native Alliance Initiative. Amanda received her bachelor's in Sociology from Whitworth College, as well as her Masters of Education with a research concentration from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
