Carmen is a visionary leader with over 25 years of expertise in Operations and Human Resources, spanning both branded and independent hotels. Over her 18-year tenure at Sage Hospitality, she played a pivotal role as VP of Operations before advancing to SVP of Human Resources. In this capacity, she led the evolution of Sage’s Employer Brand, spearheading talent acquisition and leadership development programs that cultivated high-performing, mission-driven teams.
