Elizabeth Raji-Greig is superintendent of schools at Envision Education, a national nonprofit that runs schools in the Bay Area and works with districts across the country. In her role, Elizabeth leads the strategic vision for principal development, belonging, and excellence across the network’s innovative schools. She collaborates with leaders to drive continuous improvement, design and implement transformative systems, coach principals to deepen their instructional leadership, and foster healthy school communities. She previously served as assistant chief academic and continuous improvement officer, leading efforts to integrate high schools, redesign curriculum systems, and strengthen college and career pathways for students.

With over two decades of experience, Elizabeth’s career includes leadership roles at high-performing networks around the country. At KIPP Public Schools Northern California, as a regional associate director, she spearheaded early literacy program redesigns and built collaborative learning structures for leaders. As a principal with Rocketship Public Schools, her leadership drove academic gains and inclusive practices, significantly improving student achievement and reducing suspension rates. Elizabeth also held leadership positions in New York, including founding principal of Democracy Prep Harlem Middle School, where she developed innovative instructional practices that were adopted across the network.

A former Prep for Prep alum, Elizabeth has spent her career deeply committed to advancing educational equity and ensuring that schools deliver on the promises they make to students and families. She holds a master’s degree in administration and supervision from National Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in African and African American studies from Kenyon College.
