Nadya previously served as Director of The Broad Foundation and as a management consultant for nonprofit and government organizations. Nadya is currently on the board of multiple education-related nonprofits including Above & Beyond Teaching, Beyond 100K, and Rise, and is a senior fellow with FutureEd at Georgetown University.
