PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Pahara Fellowship seeks to strengthen and sustain a diverse community of outstanding, values-driven leaders who are transforming public education so that every child is prepared to lead a free and fulfilling life.
Using the time-tested methods of text-based dialogue, mindfulness techniques, and grounding in nature, the program provides participants the opportunity to reflect on the leadership, identity, equity, and values tensions involved in effective leadership. Each cohort intentionally reflects many lines of difference, including a spectrum of political and ideological perspectives. The cohort includes 20-24 extraordinary leaders supported by a team of highly-skilled moderators.
Once the Fellowship is complete, Fellows are members of the Pahara community and are provided ongoing program offerings for the duration of their careers.
