Description: Voices seeks a strategic and transformational leader to serve as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). The COO is responsible for developing and maintaining the operational infrastructure to support our five college-preparatory schools in Northern California. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker skilled in vision setting and team management. They will be experienced in overseeing budgets, compliance, benefits administration, facilities, and IT.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the leader will support the charter renewal process by managing audits and annual authorizer visits. This is a unique opportunity to advance a network poised for student success and growth by establishing sustainable systems, promoting accountability in managing fiscal resources, and building the capacity of our team to prepare our students for higher education and their future careers.
Salary: $160,000 - $205,000
