Description: The Managing Director of Growth (MDG) will be a critical new senior leader for NSBR. In this role, you will be an important partner to the CEO, executing and evolving NSBR's growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving NSBR's strategic growth initiatives and scaling the impact of our work by identifying, influencing, and funding high quality charter schools with the overall goal of opening excellent new schools in Baton Rouge. You'll lead our work to measure our impact, tell our story, and find additional champions for our mission. As MDG, you will report to Noemi Donoso, NSBR's CEO, and will be a member of the leadership team.
Salary: $145,000 - $175,000
