Reporting to the Superintendent, the Regional Executive Director – Connecticut will oversee K-12 programs across 10 schools in New Haven, Bridgeport, and Hartford, ensuring strong local decision-making, advocacy, and support. Serving as the face of Achievement First in Connecticut, the Regional Executive Director will build on the organization’s legacy of excellence since the first school opened in New Haven in 1999.
The salary for this key leadership position is competitive, and set at $218,926.05. Must reside in Connecticut and be able to travel frequently between schools in New Haven, Bridgeport, and Hartford. Periodic travel to internal meetings in NYC or Stamford, CT will also be required. Please see full job description for more details.
