Idrissa Simmonds-Nastili Appointed Chief of Network Effect

(March 7, 2024) - The Pahara Institute is thrilled to announce the appointment of Idrissa Simmonds-Nastili as the organization's inaugural Chief of Network Effect. In this pivotal role, Idrissa will lead the design and delivery of all work stemming from the Pahara Fellowship, extending through to Pahara's comprehensive offering of post-Fellowship Network Effect programming.

Since joining the Pahara team in 2015, Idrissa has led the design and execution of numerous transformational experiences for Pahara Fellows, including the Pahara Fellowship, demonstrating a unique gift for creating spaces of community that foster collaboration, connection, and deep reflection within and across lines of affinity.

As Chief of Network Effect, Idrissa brings a rich background in educational leadership and commitment to fostering personal and professional transformation. She will drive the development of innovative experiences that create spaces for deep engagement between leaders towards collaborative action and sustainable change across the educational landscape.

"I am so energized to lead the work that meets a leader from the point at which they enter this network through the Fellowship, to the entire universe of our Network Effect programming," said Idrissa. "I have deep belief in what is possible because of what I witness each time I commune with Fellows."

Under Idrissa's guidance, the Pahara Institute aims to expand its influence and continue its tradition of supporting leaders who are committed to equity and excellence in education. Her leadership will be instrumental in nurturing a vibrant, impactful network of change-makers.
